John Ballard, PsyD, is a highly effective, internationally experienced talent manager, leadership coach, and wealth compensation counselor with over ten years of business experience. He has experience performing financial analysis, human resources outsourcing, strategic planning, executive coaching, business assessments, talent management, and organizational development initiatives. He has represented seven Fortune 500 and Forbes 2000 organizations and assisted numerous clients in achieving and protecting their dreams.

 

John's extensive experience in education includes supervising undergraduate students both domestically and internationally. Furthermore, his academic experiences include:

• Assisting in curriculum development for the critically acclaimed "Hoop Dreams" documentary film.

• Teaching groups of multi-national students abroad.

• Implementing outreach programs in communities.

He has a background in English teaching, curriculum development, and related activities as a former part-time Sundai Language College faculty member in Tokyo, Japan.

John was born in New York City and received his high school education in New Jersey. He graduated from Notre Dame high school as football team captain after receiving scholarships to Milford Academy in CT and the University of Maine. His hobbies include chess, reading, and martial arts. One of his most notable memories is meeting the famous soccer player "Pele".
